Vision

To empower rural communities, particularly women, girls, youth, differently-abled individuals, and indigenous tribes, by fostering their capacity and ensuring active participation. We strive to promote their strengths and potential, enhancing their socio-economic, political, and cultural standards while establishing an environmentally friendly, just, and peaceful society.

Mission

Our mission is to solve unsolved problems innovatively by:

  1. Promoting industrial and supervisory skills to strengthen grassroots management and supervision for men and women, aiming at poverty alleviation.
  2. Providing essential livelihood opportunities to uplift underprivileged communities.
  3. Empowering women through skill development and capacity building.
  4. Protecting children from abuse and exploitation by ensuring education and their fundamental rights.
  5. Creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both youth and senior citizens, contributing to the construction of a progressive nation.
  6. Preserving and conserving ecological systems through the responsible and sustainable utilization of natural resources.
  7. Encouraging active community participation in the development and well-being of Maharashtra’s inhabitants, both within and beyond the state.
